[petsc-dev] CUDA 4.1 RC1

The good news is it builds.  The bad news is that it doesn't function
properly.  This same code works fine with cuda 4.0, so I'll have to dig
deeper to figure out where it is going wrong.  I tried running one of the
examples and it worked with sacusp, so perhaps something isn't working
right in my code.
