[petsc-dev] Updating the downloaded PLAPACK?

Hi Folks,

I have corrected a few problems in the downloaded PLAPACK tarball 
(ftp://ftp.mcs.anl.gov/pub/petsc/externalpackages/PLAPACKR32-hg.tar.gz) due to 
missing function prototypes.  The name of this tarball leads me to believe 
that we keep a Mercurial repo of this maintained version of PLAPACK.  Is this 
something I can push some changes to?
