I got an error about "Unknown comression type in URL:
http://ftp.mcs.anl.gov/pub/petsc/externalpackages/qblaslapack.gz"...
(BTW, the error message has a typo, should be "compression"). The
trivial fix below solved the issue.. PLEASE PUSH!
