[petsc-dev] Okay, petscmath.h is a complete piece of crap and now its breaking my build

This is why I hate the preprocessor. I am wasting time wading through 6-deep
#ifs, that
are not checked by my editor. This is the worst way to do specialized code.
The argument
that we have a single tool (the compiler) right now is very hollow. We
should be generating
this in configure.
