We should really have a deprecation system for option names. Maybe an
optional argument

deprecated=['c-blas-lapack']

would make --download-c-blas-lapack produce a usage warning and write the
new option name into reconfigure-*.py.

Eventually, we should also do fuzzy matching across all declared options to
suggest possible misspellings.
