[petsc-dev] PC PBJACOBI

I tried getting rid of this code:

#include <../src/mat/impls/baij/mpi/mpibaij.h>

but got errors when I tried to look into a Mat object.  Is there a generic include to get a mat object?  (I tried petscmat.h).
