[petsc-dev] Work on petsc.cs.iit.edu

After working with OTS at IIT to fix the network port that
petsc.cs.iit.eduis connected to, I will move the machine back to its
original place that
includes an UPS.

Expect the machine to be down for the next half-hour or more (hopefully
less!) starting at 2:08PM CST.
