[petsc-dev] Cleaning old directories

Does DXML exist?  I don't see any trace of it in config or src/docs
and the directory is not activated by src/mat/impls/aij/seq/makefile,
but source files are there.  I'm guessing these haven't been compiled
in years and can be removed.

Same question with src/mat/impls/feti.

src/sys/utils/ftn-kernels/bgl is in the makefile, but not in the
source tree.  Is this intentional (for someone at IBM to unpack) or
can the entry be removed from the makefile?
