[petsc-dev] can any of you review a fix for Mat Seq/MPI CRL in release-3.1?

I've pushed this in order to solve memory and PETSc objects leaks when
using Mat{Seq|MPI}CRL types. As I did it in a hurry (because I'm
working hard to get a new petsc4py release out), it would be great if
any of you can take a look.
