[petsc-dev] creeping towards 3.1 release, what's left to do?

   Test on Windows :-( Also test ./configure on Windows with Windows  
python.

   I suspect that we will have to make a few patches for this stuff  
before May so I won't worry too much about it being perfect before the  
release.
