[petsc-dev] downloading versions of Nvidia thrust and cusp PETSc needs?

These are the ones I've been using, I haven't checked lately if the
version number has been changed in these development versions.
hg clone https://cusp-library.googlecode.com/hg/ cusp-library
hg clone https://thrust.googlecode.com/hg/ thrust
