[petsc-dev] downloading versions of Nvidia thrust and cusp PETSc needs?

  Anybody know where/how I can download the version of thrust and cusp PETSc needs? Currently 1.4 for thrust and .2 for cusp. I cannot find them at the google code site nor in Nvidia's developer site. 

  It is extremely annoying that this is not documented somewhere in PETSc. We should never rely on "someone remembering something".
