[petsc-dev] PETSc packages are way out of date

Satish,
The link http://lyre.mit.edu/%7Epowell/petsc.html has a date of
2005 and talks about PETSc 2.3 so this link is very confusing. Can you
change this link to something more useful that tells people how to get
debian's PETSc 3.0?
