--with-blas-lib

I am building PETSc under Windows using MS C++.  I need to know if
--with-blas-lib can handle

a space separated list of libraries, like this:

 

    --with-blas-lib="/LIBPATH:... /LIB:... /LIB:... /LIB:..."

 

I need this functionality in order to build with MKL 10.1, which has a
new linking scheme (three

libs instead of one).
