Some time ago on this list, there was some discussion about GPU and a GPU version of PETSc. I would like to know if there has been any progress. Also, I need some advice on preconditioners suitable for GPU platforms.
May I know what platform/language you are using, e.g. nVidia/CUDA, ATI/ATI Stream SDK or OpenCL?
