PETSc's interface partitioners

Hi everybody!

I'm trying to handle PETSc's interface partitioners. I want to know what make file I should launch in order to compile the partitioners interfaces code. I suppose that for jostle for example, this file is /mat/partition/impls/jostle/make but I don't know too what file launches this make file (jostle.py, configure.py...?)
