rename ISLocalToGlobalMapping?

  Lisandro,

    Sounds fine to me. ISLocalToGlobalMapping -> LGMapping

    BUT, AO is called AO, not AOMapping? Shouldn't it be AOMapping?
   (then the AO_Mapping needs to be changed, why it is called 
    Mapping, Matt?, I do not know).
