PETSc-users,
A representative of Interactive Supercomputing has asked us to
gauge if there is interest among PETSc users in calling PETSc from
higher level systems such as Matlab (and presumably money to pay for
it :-). I've attached a portion of the message below.
If you are interested please drop a note to Robert McGill

We have several customers interested in linking their MATLAB routines to PDE
solvers such as those offered by PETSc. To date, we have linked to several
libraries but not specifically to PETSc. We are working with some of the
folks on the Trilinos project and am curious to find out if there are users
in the PETSc community who are interested in calling PETSc from a high level
language such as MATLAB or R or IDL.
Our product, Star-P is a parallel processing platform that is used by VHHL
users to not only run their client applications in parallel, but also to
make calls to libraries such as PETSc directly from MATLAB and R via the
Star-P Connect SDK.
