I want to develop applications for GIS, remote sensing and meteorology. Need to process large amount of data (90 GB), crossing information (raster and vector files) to develop simulations (with 2D and 3D animated graphics). For example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J58Ca31f5s0

Hi, 
Take a look at the ParVis wiki page - http://trac.mcs.anl.gov/projects/parvis - to know more about using ParGAL and ParNCL (You only need to know NCL and some basic knowledge on running MPI programs to use ParNCL). The MOAB wiki page, https://trac.mcs.anl.gov/projects/ITAPS/wiki/MOAB, has information on MOAB. For more information on Intrepid see http://trilinos.sandia.gov/packages/intrepid/ .

For using ParNCL, as mentioned above, you only need to know NCL and some basic information on how to run MPI programs (You don't need to know MOAB and Intrepid).
