[Parvis-ann] ParNCL 1.0.0beta2 available!

Hello,

The ParVis project is pleased to announce the release of ParNCL 1.0.0beta2!

ParNCL is a parallel version of the NCL language.  It offers the ability 
to operate on large data sets and also perform analysis functions on 
native, possibly unstructured, grids.

New functions include parallel versions of gc_inout() and where().
