[Parvis-ann] Swift/NCL version of Ocean Model diagnostics released

Hello,

The ParVis team has recently done a great deal of work on the CESM Ocean 
Model Working Group diagnostics package.  Dave Brown converted all the 
analysis/graphics to NCL and Sheri Mickelson added task-parallelism with 
Swift.

This version is now available through the CESM release repository!
