[Parvis-ann] Swift version of AMWG ready for testing

Hello,

One of our projects in ParVis is to use the parallel scripting language 
Swift to speed up current climate analysis workflows.

We have a version of the CESM Atmospheric Model Working Group Diagnostic 
Package ready for testing.  Ftp site and instructions are available here:
