pnetcdf check errors

Hi, Brian

For compilation/run technical issues, the best is to create a Github issue
on PnetCDF's github repo at https://urldefense.us/v3/__https://github.com/Parallel-NetCDF/PnetCDF__;!!G_uCfscf7eWS!ZJJGHWmnm-zJrEPJlEB_dTEHw4GxEs2M0FSmFc1lJW01nB-ILT_P-9jdQ5iprv80mpXX7Med1yR0YHBZeRQsvSdLGHs66-c$ 

When you do that, please also provide the output file of configure command,
"config.log". It can help diagnose the problem.
