incorrect AMD math library link order

(NOT LIBS='-lamdlibm'), everything was linked with '-lamdlibm -lm'
instead of '-lm -lamdlibm' as it had been before, so the AMD math
library entries should be used in place of their libm counterparts.

I cannot explain why both libamdlibm and libm need to be specified;
but it worked.
