New release of PnetCDF version 1.11.2

Hello to the PnetCDF community,

The new release of PnetCDF version 1.11.2 is now available.
https://parallel-netcdf.github.io/wiki/Download.html

This version is a bug-fix release. The bugs affected only the
building process of NetCDF-4 feature. If you do not enable
this feature explicitly (with configure option —enable-netcdf4),
then it is safe to skip this version.
