New release of PnetCDF version 1.11.1

Hello to the PnetCDF community,

The PnetCDF developer team is pleased to announce the release of
PnetCDF 1.11.1. This version is a bug release. The bugs only affect
some configuration options and test programs.

The tar ball of the source codes can be downloaded from:
