PnetCDF migrated to github

Hello to the PnetCDF user community,

On behavior of the PnetCDF developer team, I am happy to
announce that the official PnetCDF project web pages and
source code repository have been migrated to github.com.

The new URL for the project page is https://parallel-netcdf.github.io
and the source code repository is https://github.com/Parallel-NetCDF/PnetCDF

Users can now make use of the github features to ask questions through
creating “issue” and provide source code patch through “pull request”.
You can still use this mailing list to post your questions and to
discuss topics related to PnetCDF.

The contents of project web pages are mostly the same as the old one.
There might be some missing links and minor errors. Please let us
know if you encounter problems. As always, comments are welcomed!
