Release of PnetCDF version 1.10.0

Hello to the PnetCDF community,

We are pleased to announce that the release of PnetCDF version 1.10.0
is now available for download from: http://cucis.ece.northwestern.edu/projects/PnetCDF/download.html

Detailed changes made since 1.9.0 are listed in the file RELEASE_NOTES
come together with the software.

The source repository of PnetCDF has been migrated from our SVN server
to Github.com. The URL is https://github.com/Parallel-NetCDF/PnetCDF
Please report problems encountered to this mailing list or make use of
the issue and pull request mechanisms at Github.
