WRF build with pnetcdf

Hi, I apologise for being so vague, but the best I can do is point you to
my repository of pages for compiling lots of different weather software
(mostly WRF and related packages) on a number of different systems. If you
look around, there are some pnetcdf implementations, but never with Intel.
I know it's probably a mess, but it's the best I can do right now, and
maybe it gives you ideas :)
