the Parallel-NetCDF QuickTutorial

We have some pretty clever Parallel-NetCDF users who so far have been
able to figure out how to use our library.  Perhaps that task would
have been easier with some simple examples. 

I finally put together a collection of those examples and some
narrative text.  Please have a look at the new "Quick Tutorial".
