Having problem building pnetcdf-1.1.1

Hi Rob,
The patch almost did the trick for me. src/utils/ncgen/Makefile.in  
needed an additional modification:
   mv lex.ncmpi.c ncgenyy.c
instead of
   mv lex.yy.c ncgenyy.c
This is with flex-2.5.31-18.4 on SLES 10 SP2.
