parallel-netcdf-1.1.1 released

While the whole world waits for the Apple Tablet announcement or
President Obama's State of the Union Address, the Parallel-NetCDF team
continues its efforts. 

We've addressed all the known bugs with the 1.1.0 release.  We hope
you find Parallel-NetCDF-1.1.1 to be the best release yet.
