Having a compile issue

Wei-keng,
The  mpif77 vs /install/mpich2-121/bin/mpif77 was an oversight. I have
corrected it to be /install/mpich2-121/bin/mpif77 to match up with the mpicc
(and other variables) naming convention.

Here's the mpif77-v output:
buck at bender:/git/parallel-netcdf$ mpif77 -v
mpif77 for MPICH2 version 1.2.1
/usr/bin/f77: fort77 Version 1.15
/usr/bin/f77: No input files specified

and I'm attaching the pertinent environment variables.
