ERROR: 0032-184 on AIX5.3

Dear parallel-netcdf developers,

I successfully installed parallel-netcdf-1.0.1 on an IBM with AIX5.3.
However, when I run "ncmpidump" (or the tests like "poe ./nf_test -c" )
I always get (at the end) the message

      ERROR: 0032-184 MPI was not finalized  in routine unknown, task 0

The documentation says something like

"0032-184 MPI was not finalized in string, task number 
Explanation: An MPI program exited without calling MPI_Finalize. The parallel 
job is terminated with an error exit code. 
User Response: Correct the program and/or determine if the program terminated 
abnormally, perhaps via a library routine calling exit (0) after encountering 
an error condition. 
Error Class: MPI_ERR_OTHER
