pnetcdf and mpich2

Those of you who have tried building parallel netcdf with MPICH2
probably noticed that nc_test segfaulted.  We fixed the problem in
MPICH2 today.  The next MPICH2 release (which should be next week)
will work well with pnetcdf.

It would appear not many of you have run into this problem, or if you
did you kept quiet about it :>
