The pnf_test.F in parallel-netcdf-0.9.0 looks like the one Reiner is
using.  We'll gladly update pnf_test.F if you've made changes.

I imagine that will be a very useful writeup.  Thanks for all your
help as an early user and for trying out our many iterations of the
Fortran bindings.
