building fortran programs

I guess this is Bill's question, since he contributed the fortran
bindings:

I'm trying to port the nf_test program from serial netcdf to
parallel-netcdf.  We know most of the porting issues, having ported
nc_test.  But i don't see a fortran header file i can include in
fortran programs.  

Now, it's been many years since i've done anything with fortran, so
maybe i'm missing something...
