[opa-nightly-tests] honest4 OPA_Daily_Tests_0601Tue

I was able to run it manually from honest3.  I don't know why it has stopped
running automatically, but I'll try to find out later today.

This was the last run from "honest4", about 8 days ago.  Is something wedged
on that machine?
