[opa-nightly-tests] jam OPA_Daily_Tests_0930Wed_FAILED!!!

These failures were the result of a problem with the test framework.  
Specifically, df took longer to run than expected and added its output 
to the end of the test log, preventing the test script from seeing hte 
expected output in the last 3 lines.  It should be resolved now.
