ok, for the hpf model the only way to get the SGS dissipation would be
to calculate the TKE budget, and look for the missing contribution which
is then due to the SGS term. For eddy viscosity models, you can
calculate the SGS dissipation using eps_sgs=tau_ij * S_ij with tau_ij
being the SGS tensor.
