Yes in fact I was using these codes. It was working for me with some cases and not with the file which I had attached. The header itself looks bit different. Could you please have look into that ?

you can check the python library by Jacopo and Nicolo:

There are also matlab routines around. Perhpas Adam can send you a link
to these.
