[Nek5000-users] n2to3 mesh size error

Does exo2nek support 3D conversion? Also, someone should consider updating
the README for the exo2nek tools. Its not quite clear for someone who is
starting out with nek5000, what exactly sideset ids are and how fluidic bcs
are actually assigned. I will however give it a go.
