Thank you for your advice.
I compared visually, but difficult to locate what is the difference.
Overall they seem to look the same.
I compared the values of glsc3 obtained by vector comp_vort3 and the curl
computed using gradm1 and the averaged values are off by 0.5% to 0.9%
