Hi Jian,
You can click in the menu area instead of on the screen, and then type the values in.
Or, you can use SET GRID to change the grid background such that it contains your point of interest
(Sometimes this is more useful than the above if you have a lot of points.)
Or, you can build a list of points of the form:
npoints
x1 y1
x2 y2
...
xnpoints ynpoints
in a file called "obj.dat" and then click on DEFINE OBJECT, which will set these points to be the
snap points in standard element-input mode.
Then, use SET GRID to toggle between these points and the other standard background
grid options.

Subject: [Nek5000-users] prenek
Hi nek,
I want to generate a 2d pipe mesh using prenek and add 3 elements in first quadrant using [(0, 0), (0.0045, 0), (0.003536, 0.003536), (0, 0.0045)], [(0.0125, 0), (0.00884, 0.00884), (0.003536, 0.003536), (0.0045, 0)], and [(0, 0.0125), (0.00884, 0.00884), (0.003536, 0.003536), (0, 0.00045)] for 3 elements respectively. But I usually add the element of [(0, 0.0125), (0.00884, 0.00884), (0.003536, 0.003536), (0, 0.00045)] with some difference which would happened on the first point I select. Do you know how could I click the points very accurately?
Kind regards,
Jian
