[Nek5000-users] Laminar Flow Poiseuille

Helix example is a 3D Poiseiulle flow with flow in the z direction.
I want to simulate a plane Poiseuille flow, in which a fluid
is moving laterally between two plates whose length and width is much
greater than the distance separating them.
I don't know how to modify helix for my case. Can you help me?
