Hi JP,

I've just committed two changes to the repo - one is in prenek, the other in the
nek source.

With these changes your import should work ok.   The issue was that the VTK file had one
or more elements that were numbered clockwise, rather than counterclockwise.  Nek will
now reverse this ordering when encountered.  Please let me know if this doesn't work
for you.

I have tried several other geometries but unfortunately I get the same error.
