Hi Ravi,

Did you create a metadata file ?? A meta data file is the one which 
helps you to open a *.fld or *.f00000 file in visit

It looks like this


NEK5000
version: 1.0
filetemplate: divpipe%01d.f%05d
firsttimestep: 1
numtimesteps: 09
