[Nek5000-users] pretex problems

Hi Barak,

Prenek doesn't support the .re2 format.  Unfortunately,
that case was set up outside of ANL so I don't have the full
history or starting point.

I've managed to convert it to a format that can be read
by both prex and postx and attach that file here.
