Hi Katie,

Yes thanks, the problem when compiling is solved. I imagined it was
something related to bash but it didn't cross my mind to check the makefile.

Unfortunately the errors with genbox (when trying to output a .re2 file)
and prex (the errors I mentioned + interface does not work well) still
remain (even after re-making the tools).
