[Nek5000-users] Hpts and IBM bluegene

Hi neks,

I had some problems with the routine hpts on a cluster IBM bluegene.

The simulations hold when the routine is called. I though that it is
related to same kind of input output buffer problem. Any hints?

I used the gnu compilers mpicc -gcc and mpif77 -gfortran.
